Windsafe

Windsafe provides a beautiful aesthetic on emergency doors for lecture halls, movie and theatre halls. We powder coat the door in any colour and manufacture to almost any size. The Windsafe emergency doors and fitted with the state of the art emergency hardware.

The WindSafe systems comprises of the resilient cold rolled steel frame which we inject with polyurethane foam. The WindSafe door guarantees excellent acoustic comfort thanks to the evenness and compactness of all its parts and the perfect adhesion to the masonry. The integrated, rebated gasket, applied to the whole openable perimeter, insure the door seals out all un-wanted noise. The door itself consists of a sandwich panel 1.6mm galvanised steel, 24kg High density Bat, 1.2mm galvanised steel. Resent projects: the University of Venda lecture halls.

We have immense experience in designing and manufacturing sound proof doors and we have worked alongside South Africa's top acoustic experts. We manufacture both side hung door and sliding sound proof doors. (The WindSeal) door guarantees excellent acoustic comfort thanks to the evenness and compactness of all its parts and the perfect adhesion to the masonry. The sliding doors made of a sandwich panel of 1.2mm galvanised steel sheet with 10mm nutec board and insulation foam with 1.2mm punched galvanised steel sheet.
